Mid Cities Fine Artists    

Our year's activities include two exhibitions/shows.

Members ONLY Judged Exhibition/Show

Our Members Exhibition/Show is usually held in April or May at the Hurst Public Library. A professional artist judges the exhibit for "Best of Show", 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place and Honorable Mention awards.

Annual Open Judged Exhibition/Show

This Exhibition/Show is usually

held in August, is hosted by the

City of Hurst Parks and

Recreation Department and is

usually held at the Hurst

Recreation Center.

Each year members and

non-members compete at three

levels for thousands of dollars in

awards provided by area

merchants and fine art suppliers.

A professional artist judges the

exhibition for one "Best of

Show" and 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place

and Honorable Mentions in each

of the three levels (Beginner,

under five years of painting;

Amateur; and Professional).

There are Youth Divisions for

ages 5-17.

at a later date.
